- When you use this site you agree to be bound the terms and conditions, which shall form a legal agreement between you and us.
- We do not warrant that the website, its content or the server that makes it available, are error or virus free or free of other harmful components.
- We will not be liable, in any event, for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect, including loss of profits or any consequential loss) resulting from or in any way connected with your use of this website whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- You acknowledge that all content including but not limited to, software, text, sound, photographs, illustrations, video or material distributed by us via email, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents or other property rights law.
- Links to other website may be provided however the content of these sites are not under our control. Any links are not an endorsement of such sites and intended for your convenience only.
- Arbroath FC reserves the right to change the terms or use of policies regarding the use of the website at anytime and without notice including price, delivery times and availability. Any such changes will be posted here in an updated version of our terms and conditions.
- The information contained on this site is not intended to constitute an offer to sell or solicitation of any product or service supplied by us or by any company that is affiliated or relate to us.
- The Shop reserves the right to decline orders or purchases in bulk or high value.
- You can change or cancel an order up until 2 hours before it is dispatched. If you are unsatisfied with your produce, please return it to us. If returned with the tags still attached, in its original packaging, with a copy of the invoice or receipt, and in the same condition in which you received it within 7 days we will issue you with a full refund (excluding postage).
- If there is a fault with a product and you report it to us within 24 hours or purchase/delivery we will replace it for you subject to availability. If this is not possible we will issue you a full refund including postage.
- Please note that any personalised or special order item cannot be returned unless its due to a manufacturing fault.
- If any manuals, safety instructions, moulding instructions, washing instructions or operating instructions are issued with the product you agree to read and follow exactly and carefully all the terms contained therein at all times.
- We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as soon as possible subject to stock availability. We do not dispatch goods on Saturdays or Sundays.. Sometimes delays occur that are beyond the control so all delivery times are an approximation.
